If your order arrives damaged, please call (541) 349-9518 or email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will email you a shipping label to put on the original box and request that you send the item back to us. The replacement order will be processed as soon as we receive the damaged item.
If you choose to return your order for other reasons, there will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Exceptions to this fee include carrier damage, defective product, and incorrect product delivered. We encourage you to call us at 541-349-9518 if you have any questions whatsoever about our policies. We want all of our customers to be customers for life. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with the resolution of the issue.
All refunds will be made by credit card refund or store credit.
